These complaints were brought to my attention and l have thoroughly investigated them.<br>From the outcome, measures were put in place to address some of these concerns.<br>When discussed with the daughter she was happy with the measures put in place.<br>While we are currently recruiting an activities coordinator, existing staff do regular activities, walks in our grounds as well as music, art and craft activities and baking.<br>Visitors coming into the home often comment on how clean and fresh our home smells.<br>Professionals comment on our high standard of care and the skills our staff have with understanding our dementia residents. They also remark on how well we know our residents and how detailed our care plans are.
