It is always disappointing to hear of concerns, however, "small" they may be, especially if they are raised for the first time via Social media sites. We have an open door policy, managers on duty every day and wish to support all our residents, guests and their families. We do not recognise any "good" staff that may have left. We place staff training very high and expect them all to meet our standards - some do some do not. We also carry out regular satisfaction surveys and tailor our services including our restaurant/meals to take account of our residents' requests. We have taken onboard the comments regarding potatoes and will address any individual needs.
