We really value the feedback provided by those who use our services.<br>When Residents are very independent and still able to choose their own daily outfits which in most cases is their favourite it is difficult to launder them in a short turnaround time. We do try different approaches dependent on the Resident such as laundering on an evening when they are in their night time attire and always strive to ensure all Residents are smart and clean. <br>The Home Manager operates an open door policy, please feel free to call in and discuss any concerns.
