The occupancy of Parklands has indeed increased, along with the staffing levels. We are governed by CQC and must provide an appropriate level of trained staffing levels  to holistically care for the client group we are registered to care for, however, I now plan to provide a daily staffing list which will be displayed for all visitors and clients to read and<br>would be more than happy to discuss any issues/concerns that any client /family member may have.<br>Kind Regards<br>Eileen Jarmain
