As Social Care requires dedicated commitment from staff with empathy unfortunately if it is found that new recruits are not suitable after induction period they then move on to other careers. With reference to the menu, we can assure you they are changed on a regular basis with input from the residents themselves. We would also like to assure you the cooks are highly trained in Nutritional Values and have qualifications in MUST,  Food Hygiene, Food Preparation, Kitchen Management, Health and Safety, Dignity, PCP and Diabetes.
