Thank you for taking the time to send a review and voicing your concerns. Please be assured that you can speak to any of our senior staff during your visit to the home. The home manager also has an open door policy for any visitors who have concerns and is always available. Activities are held Monday to Friday and Monthly on a Saturday for chair Zumba. Outings are held regularly pending of course on the weather. We have regular evening activities that are really popular that relatives and residents are invited to join in. Each resident is given the choice to go out but if they decline they cannot be forced.  All our residents were asked yesterday to go out for a fish and chip lunch but some residents declined, a coffee morning is held every Friday and your mum has joined in with the other ladies and also enjoys afternoon tea in the new café area that has been developed on the unit.<br>We are working hard to develop a relaxing comfortable light area for our residents to live in. We have just completed a refurbishment of the lounge and new furniture which the ladies enjoy sitting and relaxing in.
