Dear James<br><br>Many thanks for taking the time to review our Care Home. To reassure you, when we took ownership of the Home in 2016 we held the same opinion that areas of the Home were outdated. We set out to invest in the Home. This is a gradual process as we have to manage work whilst also being conscious of not disrupting the daily lives of our residents. To date, we have refurbished a number of areas in the Home, most recently the refurbishment of 13 bedrooms with a further 7 being completed in the next 3/4 weeks. We are upgrading lounges and bathroom facilities at this time also with new soft furnishings to follow. Hopefully, in the next couple of months, the Home will have a modern but comfortable feel in its entirety.
