We are pleased that you have found the staff at Ashgrove both kind and caring, as a home we aim to give the kindest care and I will inform the staff of your positive comments. As you have correctly pointed out there are times when the home can be rather busy, the staffing numbers on the unit have recently been increased, you will now visibly see more care staff around the home. We are also currently in the process of introducing volunteers who will assist our regular staff during busier periods such as meal times.
