In regards to your mother’s routine, I’m very sorry to hear your concerns and apologise that we have fallen below our usual high standards in this instance – we take feedback very seriously and will speak with the care team immediately about this. In terms of staffing, we always ensure we have the right number of people in place to provide the levels of care we need to deliver a safe and high-quality service for residents, 24 hours a day, seven days a week – on occasion, particularly to cover holidays and staff illness, we may have to use agency staff. However, our dedicated recruitment team work hard across all Care UK homes to find new team members for homes with the correct knowledge, experience and friendly disposition we require in our team members.
