We are most pleased that you feel that the home is pleasantly laid out, the staff team take pride in the home that they work in. It was nice to hear that you felt the staff team are friendly and have a nice sense of humour creating a welcoming atmosphere for our Residents and visitors. You feel that the home is sometimes short staffed. At HC-One we continually review our staffing levels according to the Residents dependency levels. If you are concerned please feel free to discuss this with the home manager.
