We are sorry to hear the food offering did not meet your expectations. The mealtime service within care UK lets the chefs create a menu around the resident's requirements, so we will make sure that with any of our residents we will find out there likes and dislikes in order to provide a high standard meal time experience. <br><br>We have a very good supply chain using local produce and we also provide training to all of our kitchen team so we can adapt to the trends of meals in our care homes. We do appreciate your feedback and we will of course, undertake a review of our meal time service at Skylark House and why this has not happened on this occasion.
