Ideal Carehomes appreciates all feedback about our homes and following your review would like to advise you that Staff complete mandatory paperwork during their shift, to ensure they are visible at all times for residents. We feel this is preferable to being off the floor. We agree that more homemade cakes should be available and when the new chef starts in early May, will be ensuring there are plenty for everyone. We hold monthly Social Committee Meetings with our residents to ensure the activities represent their choices and will forward your suggestions to our team at the home.
