We are sorry to hear that Priors House no longer meets your expectations. In this situation, the home manager made the decision that we could no longer meet your mother-in-law's needs as the level of support she requires has changed significantly. On occasion, we have to make this difficult decision for the best interests of both the individual in question and other residents in the home and to ensure everyone continues to receive the care they need. At the time, we did recognise that housekeeping was not to the standard we expect at the home but this has now been resolved and a much-improved service has been in place for some time.
