We are pleased to confirm that we have been through an optimistic period of recruitment in both our care and housekeeping teams and are now at a very positive level in both departments. There has not been a high level of staff turnover on your father’s suite but we hope that you will see an improvement with the additional staff that have joined the team.  If however, you still have any on-going concerns we encourage you to talk to the suite manager or home manager. We also have regular ‘Resident and Relative’ meetings where the leadership team are available to discuss any matters of concern.
