We are committed to providing Residents with the high quality, kind care they deserve and therefore tailor our staffing levels to ensure we can meet everyone’s individual needs. <br>We hope you can appreciate that we keep the front door locked to ensure security for Residents in our care, at busy times there can be a delay in answering the door, there is a notice on the front door apologising for any delay.<br>The Home Manager has an open door policy and is happy to discuss any concerns so that they can be resolved promptly. <br>Thanking you again for taking the time to provide really helpful feedback about the home.
