Thank you for the review, we are aiming to improve our service all the time. With me as a new manager, all staff are getting training relating to contacting family and we will make sure this happens in future. The issue relating to the lift is been resolved now. But in the case of an emergency (fire), we are not allowed to use the lift because of fire regulations. <br>Both entrance doors are locked during the night and during the day, the office staff will be available for help.
