Any move out of a care home can be a distressing time.  <br>As a home we do our very best to conduct a thorough assessment of anyone's needs covering as much as we can before any admission, to ensure that we can meet their needs and provide a home for life where possible. <br>Unfortunately, there is only so much information you can gather in one assessment and when a resident is admitted into the home it can be proven to be different.<br>We are pleased to say that within the whole care group this has happened only a handful of times and is not an option we consider lightly, there are procedures we have to follow and this is the last resort. <br>I'm sorry for the upset caused and we hope that you have found a more appropriate home.
