Dear Marilyn<br>I am sorry you are disappointed with the activities provided- our activity coordinator strives to provide a wide range of entertainment for all the residents and has in fact been nominated by staff and residents for an award. I will ask our activity coordinator to meet with you and your father to discuss how we can improve his activities and entertainment.
