We are sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues, however, I understand that the home manager Pyela, has now met with you to discuss this in more detail and you have agreed a plan to ensure your relatives nails are checked at least three times a week and this will be documented for your review. Our housekeeping team do their very best to ensure all bedrooms are cleaned regularly, however, on occasion the residents are reluctant. Going forward the cleaners will more flexible with their schedules and will try to accommodate the cleaning of your father-in-law’s bedroom when it is vacant, which he is happy with.
