Thank you for your feedback with regards to Roxburgh House Care Home; we treat all feedback received seriously as this assists with improving the service we offer.  The concerns you have raised pertain to missing clothing in particular, undergarments. The Home Manager has shared with her staff team the need to ensure that all our residents clothing is returned to the correct rooms.  Staff have also been asked to be vigilant in checking that all residents are wearing the appropriate clothing they require, and our lost property will also be checked for any missing items.
