I can appreciate how first impressions count so much, the time during which you visited was not a good one for the presentation of the home as we were completing what was a major move of services and room - there were times when the home did not look pretty, so we very much apologise for that. However, we are now back on track and the home is looking great! With regard to the care, well that is the strength of the home.
