Thank you for the positive feedback about the staff at Appleton Manor. It is lovely to hear that you feel your mother is always well looked after.<br>We are currently replacing some carpets as despite the very best efforts of our housekeeping team we have been unable to eliminate the odour on the first floor. This work is being carried out as a matter of urgency. We are also reviewing décor in residents’ rooms and implementing a programme of redecoration.<br>Thank you again for your feedback.
