I understand your frustration when visiting the home at the weekend, but to ensure the safety of our residents we must provide a robust entry system, which unfortunately means that visitors may have to wait a while for access. We are however currently looking into the problem and as an interim solution will be displaying the home's mainline number in the lobby to call during weekend hours, which transfers direct to our Care Leaders' mobile phones. I would be happy to discuss this with you next time you are visiting the home.
