On checking the records for the home I have been unable to find any log of any complaint in March regards any resident having issues with medications neither can I find any issues regarding staff so am unable to verify the review.<br>I would also like to point out that management of the home are present Monday to Friday and regular complete walk around the building speaking to residents and families so am surprised the manager is stated as never being seen.<br>The home takes any complaint or niggle seriously and uses them as learning curves to improve the services offered - if on this occasion mistakes had been made and were brought to the attention of the correct person they would have been rectified.<br>I am sorry on this occasion it appears this has not happened.
