I have investigated your concerns with the team at County Homes.  It was confirmed that during a previous refurb the shelving was taken down and then it was not fixed back up again.  The nurse confirms that when you spoke to her that day, she went and purchased a shelf herself, which was put up by our Maintenance man on that same day.  Thank you for purchasing the musical films.
