Thank you for your review of Kingfisher. It has been unfortunate that the home had several managers over the last few years.  I agree it would be lovely to have the same carers on each day, however, they do need days off.  Each unit does have core staff that work only on that unit to give continuity of care.  Many staff do enjoy the experience of working on the other units and have asked for this to happen, this also ensures there are always staff on duty who know the residents well whichever unit they might be working on.
