Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, and for your lovely comments and scores for Woodland Hall – I’m incredibly happy to hear your kind words. In regards to the care team moving to different suites in the home, as you may know, we’ve had lots of positive changes in the home in recent months, including the opening of our newly optimised suites and the recruitment of new colleagues. In order to ensure we have a good mix of experienced team members on hand alongside newer colleagues so they can learn procedures and get to know residents, we have rotated some nurses and carers across two suites. You should, of course, continue to see the team members you already know well around the home supporting newer colleagues, and we hope that, once everyone is fully inducted, that team members will be assigned more permanently to specific suites as before. Of course, all our team members are highly knowledgeable and experienced, but we do realise that it is beneficial to residents to have continuity of carers and nurses with whom they build strong relationships, and this is what we endeavour to provide. Thank you for bearing with us during this busy and exciting time for Woodland Hall, and please do let any of the senior team in the home know if you have any further comments or suggestions now or in the future.
