Timothy, thank you so much for your feedback.  As you've said, Bridge View House is in an enviable position and our residents can admire the views from our lovely gardens.  We've invested recently in the refurbishment of our home and it's wonderful to read that you're wife is comfortable with us.  We recruit our carers and nurses because of their kindness, enthusiasm and of course caring nature and have regular training and updates to their skillset.
