Dear Debra, I am very saddened to learn you are so unhappy with the care delivered to your father during his last days at St Judes Nursing Home.  This is so untypical of the excellent standard of care provided by my professional and caring team and despite various attempts, I have been unable to contact you to discuss your experiences.  Losing a loved one is never easy and we pride ourselves in the person-centered care we give and the support and care we offer to families of loved ones during a very difficult time.  This on many occasions continues after the death of a loved one.
