The Team here really value the feedback provided by those who use our Home and Services.<br>I have taken on board your comments about the number of colleagues available to deliver care. Please be assured that staffing needs are regularly reviewed, and our staffing levels do meet regulatory requirements. We are also providing on-going training for the team so that they can continue to maximise their potential whilst on shift.<br>I have spoken to the Housekeeping Team about the comments you made in relation to odours, and this area will be monitored throughout the day.
