We were very grateful to receive your comments and sorry that Heavers was unable to provide the level of care that your relative required. We understand that Heavers Court discussed this very early on with the placement provider requesting  that a specialist placement or additional resources was required.  We can also confirm that following discussions with yourselves additional training has been provided to staff.
