We are pleased you feel Cairdean is a lovely home and we appreciate your constructive feedback.  We constantly strive to provide continuity of care, and on the whole staff are allocated to one suite. However there may be times when we have to move staff around due to sickness and annual leave to ensure we are providing the very best care for our residents. We are currently recruiting for twilight staff, who will provide extra cover on each floor and hope that you see an improvement very soon.
