Dear Carole <br><br>Firstly I would like to take the time to thank you for your feedback regarding your mum’s stay at Grimston Court. I am very upset and disappointed that your mum has experienced some issues during her stay and would like on behalf of Wellburn Care to apologise for this. <br>Unfortunately, where equipment is needed by individuals we have to ensure that it is the correct equipment and fit for purpose. To ensure this we generally ask that this equipment is either provided from home or by an occupational therapist for the safety and comfort of the individual. <br>We have recently changed the way we provide our meals at Grimston Court and will pass your comments on to the kitchen team so that improvements can be made where required. <br>Should you wish to discuss any of these issues further I would be happy for you to contact me directly via our head office.
