Thank you for your comments regarding the carers at Manor Park Care Home and the well maintained clean environment. Our staffing ratios to residents are at safe levels and approved with the LA authority and external regulator CQC.  All prospective residents receive an assessment prior to staying at our homes to ensure that their likes and wishes are met. We have spoken to you about your concerns regarding the experience and trust these are now resolved.
