We are grateful for your constructive feedback of all aspects of care within Foxbridge House and we are delighted with the positive comments and scores. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of our service have not met your expectations. At present we are in the process of displaying photos of the key management staff at the reception area, but will also make the notice regarding the person in charge more prominent in our reception area to assist you with who to go to when you need to discuss something with staff members. We also take on board your feedback regarding staff at weekends and this has now increased, but will also ensure that management will be more visible during the weekends going forward.
