Our daily activities are an extremely important part of life at the home, so we have requested that one of our Activities Coordinators invites you to be involved in the regular review of your mother’s activity programme. <br><br>We apologise for any inconvenience which has been caused to you or your mother due to one of our lifts being out action. Unfortunately, we have had to wait for parts to be made and delivered from abroad but the lift is in the process of being fixed and will be up and running in the very near future. We have had a stair lift fitted and we have also been able to use an alternative lift for residents.<br><br>We welcome the opportunity to improve, and hope you will continue to share your thoughts with us in the home in future.
