Dear Mr H<br>Thank you for the kind words. We are glad that you are happy with the level of care and the quality of food on offer. As you probably know, we already have a refurbishment plan and it is being rolled out in a phased manner. I am glad to inform you that the lounge carpets are being prioritised and will be replaced in the next few weeks. In addition we now have a brand new Tea Room next to the main dining room, this is ideal for family visits and has direct access to the secure back gardens. We have also decided to refurbish the conservatory space as a games room & pub for all our residents to enjoy.
