I acknowledge the concerns raised via this review, albeit that the issues of heating were addressed the same day as they were raised by our maintenance team. Also, the client regularly refused access to her room, meaning our domestic staff did not have access to clean, this is documented in the homes records. An invitation was made to review the above with the family, which was not been accepted. This issue was raised with CQC, who concluded that the home had acted and responded appropriately. We acknowledge the issues were raised, but can evidence that a prompt solution was offered.
