I can confirm that a dedicated activity coordinator started at the home this week, who is busy preparing individualised action plans for each resident.  <br><br>Unfortunately, as we care for people who can be forgetful, we ask that items such as cigarettes and lighters are stored safely, but residents' access is not restricted.  It also forms a central part of our person-centred working; enabling people who smoke to continue to do so in a safe way.<br><br>If you wish to discuss anything further, my door is always open.
