Thank you for your review so happy to hear you find the home and staff caring as that is our main objective.<br><br>I just wanted to let you know and hopefully clear the incontinence pads issue up, the letter regarding this was this February 2017. This unfortunately is an NHS issue as we have to wait for incontinence nurse to visit the home which is out of our control when and how often this happens. Your mum is definitely on her list for when she comes. <br><br>Next time you are in the home you can chat with a manager or Senior where you think we can improve in regards to the Admin and liaising as we always happy to hear comments.
