Thank you for your review and recommendation. I would like to assure you that we always ensure we have the correct number of staff on duty to care for our residents. With regards to the plates, it is no trouble at all to warm your plate more as we do with some of our other residents who prefer that. <br>I am sorry to hear your views on our catering service as previously you have always been complimentary about the quality of the service.
