Thank you for your kind words. It is lovely to hear that you are so thrilled about the care she receives at Digby Manor compared to her previous home.  It is nice to know that you are both reassured that we will always do best by our residents. It was lovely that you travelled over from Ireland to visit your sister and we look forward to seeing you again soon.  The carer you refer to as 'gold dust' is my mum and it shows you how involved we are as a family that she works on the floor with the other carers to show good practice.
