Thank you for that review. A little confused however as the gardens are beautiful having been done only a few months ago. The original plans although lovely were far too elaborate for a care home.  The general manager has been responsible for the updates and feedback is very positive. The original plans for extending were indeed discussed recently and the Spring Newsletter informed residents/relatives that this would not be feasible or necessary. <br><br>The General Manager see relatives on a one to one basis at the home every week so that any concerns can be discussed?  But this has not come to the General Manager. Residents have fed back that they love the garden. The General Manager invited you to join a working group to discuss the garden plans in December 2016 at the Boxing Day event but did not have any uptake on this not did you come back with a response? Therefore there is ample opportunity to communicate. You have not come to see the manager prior to your review But many thanks for your review.  Why not come and see the General manager who will be more than delighted to see you sometime.
