Thank you for your kind comments regarding the staff and facilities within Mountbatten Lodge. Our staff take great pride in delivering high levels of care and support to all their residents. <br><br>We strive to ensure that all personal items are looked after, so it is regrettable to hear that some items have been temporarily misplaced, such as the wheelchair and the glasses.  Should similar incidents occur in the future, we would be grateful if these could be brought to the attention of the Home Manager or their Deputy immediately so that they can resolve the matter quickly.
