Thank you for your comments. I would like to reassure you that we always staff the home above the minimum required. We have also been recruiting more staff to give more flexibility on the rota so that we can offer continuity of care. We provide sufficient equipment for our staff to use on each floor. There is a new management in place and our door is open if you would like to discuss further.
