We really value the feedback provided by those who use our services.<br>At Beechcroft Care Home, as with all HC-One homes, the management team ensures the home is staffed in line with national guidance using a dependency tool which takes into account the number of the residents in the home and their care needs. Beechcroft is staffed in line with those guidelines. <br>We do appreciate that there are times when it is busier than others such as in the morning when people are getting up and the evening when people are going to bed so we continually monitor our staffing levels throughout the day and night so that when necessary we can adapt rotas in line with resident care needs. The safety and wellbeing of all our residents is paramount to us and we regularly monitor all our residents to ensure their care category is appropriate, residents are often reviewed by social workers and best interest meetings held to see if care settings are still appropriate, often nursing needs outweigh dementia needs, particularly in the early stages. <br>We are currently working to a programme to refurbish or repaint the bedrooms in the home which we hope will be completed within the next 6 months. <br>We recognise that the home had some issues earlier this year but we are confident that major improvements that have, and continue to be made, by our current management are having a positive impact on both the staff and residents within the home ensuring that we continue to deliver the kind care all our Residents deserve.
