We are delighted that your mother has found her care needs have been met and that during her time with us she has felt happy, comfortable and cared for. We are sorry that the décor in your mother’s room has not met your expectations, as we aim for all of our rooms to be furnished to the highest specifications with comfort in mind, and each room has an individual décor. Following a discussion with your mother, we are very happy that we have been able to resolve the issue, and that we have been able to find a solution that suits everyone.
