I would like to start by thanking you for your comments, we are very pleased to see that on the whole, you find the services we provide to be either good or satisfactory. We are currently reviewing the way we provide activities throughout our homes and hope that you will notice an improvement with this in the near future. Activities are a very personal area and what suits one person does not suit another, however, we would be happy to receive any suggestions on new activities which could be provided in the home to meet your relative’s needs. <br>In response to the comment you have made about “too many lovely staff leaving” unfortunately, care tends to be a transient industry in which staff do move around. Over the last year Wellburn Care Homes have been concentrating on improving our recruitment and retention procedures and hope that going forward this will provide more stability in the staff team. <br>Many of the staff who are now leaving are doing so for career development and are able to do this due to the training and experience they have received through Wellburn Care Homes, we wish them all well in their future careers.
