Each home has its own dedicated catering team, who prepare all meals using fresh, raw, ingredients. All fresh meat and meat products are British Farm Assured.<br>You have highlighted a concern around lost clothing and we apologise for any upset or distress this caused. <br>We endeavour to ensure each residents’ clothing is washed and returned to them and we apologise again that on this occasion this has not happened.
