We would like to re-assure you that following a review of our staffing levels we have recently recruited a number of staff for the home who will start over the next few weeks. The Home Manager regularly walks around both floors in the home, we also have a Deputy in the home, who supports the Home Manager particularly during the holiday period, both are happy to discuss any concerns with Residents and their family.<br><br>The home is due to have some refurbishment work on both floors in the home which will include new carpets and furniture. We are waiting for the start date for this work to be confirmed.
